CW series worm gear reducer

One, overview:

Circular cylindrical worm reducer with a single stage worm gear transmission, in accordance with the industry recommended standard JB/T7935 - 95 (formerly thenational standard GB9147 - 88), this standard has reached the international level of ninety time. The whole series consists of three models, 16 kinds of center distance, 12 kinds of speed ratio. The input power in the range of 0.39~189KW, the output torque of between 107~13500N.m.

Arc cylindrical worm shaft can be positive, reverse two direction operation, input speed of not more than 1500r/min, the working environment temperature is -40~40 degrees. When the environment temperature is below 0 degrees, before the start of the lubricating oil must be heated to 0 degrees or more; when the workingenvironment temperature is below 40 degrees, must take the cooling measures.
